I recently discovered this easy peasy (30 mins!) recipe which puts a nice twist on your average rice side dish. Honestly guys, you will not be able to go back.

LIME RICE
Ingredients
2 cups basmati rice
1 tbsp oil
3 cups chicken broth
2 tbsp honey
grated zest of 1 lime
1 tbsp lime juice
2 green onions, chopped
salt & peppa.
Preparation
In a saucepan, sauté the rice in the oil for about 2 mins, without browning.
Add the broth, honey and lime zest.
Season with salt & peppa.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, stir, and cover.
Cook for 15 to 20 mins or until rice is tender.
Add the lime juice and green onions, and adjust the seasoning.
